Why it hurts

A bad hire costs you twice. You pay the second bill later.

01

The bill shows up months later

At least 30% of first-year pay comes due months after the offer.

02

Replacing them costs more

Replacing someone can run 50 to 200% of salary, before counting retention and productivity left on the table.

03

Every open seat bleeds output

Lost output scales with the salary of the role until it's filled and ramped. Weak onboarding makes that cost last longer.

How Nu|Erraa wins it back

Most bad hires start as a role nobody finished defining.

Nu|Erraa writes the position once, from what the job has to deliver, then holds every stage to it. Hiring, onboarding and the day 90 check all run against the same definition.

01
AMY

Articulate the position

You chat with Amy about what the job needs to get done. She writes the position, the posting, the interview plan, the questions and the scorecard.

02
AMY

Hire against it

Every applicant is screened against the position. You interview the shortlist and pick the right candidate.

03
SAMMY

Onboard to the day 90 check

Sammy runs the first ninety days against the same position. At day 90 you get a straight answer: met or missed, target by target.

Straight answers

Before you book.

01Where does the $575,000 come from?

It's the default estimate from the Bad Hire Calculator on nuerraa.com: 10 hires, $115,000 average salary, mid-level roles, structured onboarding. It's an estimate, not a guarantee. Your inputs change it, and your number goes with your demo request.

02We're 12 people. Isn't this built for bigger companies?

No. The core price is for companies up to 50 people. Use cases on nuerraa.com are written for founders with no People team: you have opened a position you have never hired for, and there is nobody to hand it to.

03Do I have to replace my ATS or payroll?

Nu|Erraa covers the position, hiring, onboarding and performance after the hire. Payroll, benefits and global employment are not included, so keep the ones you have.

04What happens on the demo?

Thirty minutes. You bring a position you actually need to fill, Amy writes it live (the posting, the questions, the scorecard), and you keep what Amy wrote whether or not you buy.

05What if I want a person, not software?

Certified Fractional Partners are People leaders who have built the function before. You contact them directly, on their rates and their terms. Nu|Erraa takes no cut.
